D115XL comes in several models: the D115XL4 has an impedance of 4 Ohms, the D115XL8 has an impedance of 8 Ohms, the D115XLT4 has a tweeter and an impedance of 4 Ohms, and the D115XLT8 has a tweeter and an impedance of 8 Ohms.
